What's for Dinner? Wild Edible Plants

Saturday, Jul 12 7:30p

Join Naturalist Debbie Naha and explore the wonderful world of wild edible plants. From dandelions to acorns, the fields and woods are filled with an abundance of edibles. This program will cover plant I.D., safe and sustainable harvesting, and incorporating wild plants into culinary dishes. In addition we'll learn just how good these plants are for us. (Debbie is also a licensed nutritionist.) Come out for a fun, inspiring and delicious foraging foray into the woods!
