The Centre County Historical Society's fall exhibit investigates the way in which people ate and drank in New England between the 18th century and mid-19th century. It explores the tastes of the region and the influence of European design, before and after the American Revolution, as well as wares made abroad specifically for the American market. It is a companion exhibit to "Tea Time in Eighteenth Century Philadelphia," on view in the Borland Gallery on the Penn State campus throughout October.
